RESERVATION

Online Booking

Make an online reservation in advance to save waiting time. Try on in-store and quickly head to the slopes to ski!

(Pickup range: Limited to an 8-kilometer distance from the store)

SHUTTLE BUS

Shuttle service

We provide shuttle services to our store, and can pick you up within an 8-kilometer radius or drop you off at the ski resort after picking up your ski equipment.

PICK UP SERVICE

Ski equipment recycling

By scheduling a pickup in advance, we can collect your ski equipment directly from the ski area or your accommodation, saving you a trip back to the ski area. After skiing, you can easily head to soak in hot springs and enjoy a meal! *Please note that if your accommodation is a hotel, we will collect your ski equipment in the hotel lobby. To avoid disputes, all ski equipment must be returned in person, and the return is only considered complete once the handover is finished.

Step 1

Reservation Process

Please submit your application 3 days before the equipment collection date -

[Step1] Fill out the rental reservation form

[Step2] Once the application is completed, a 'Reservation Application System Email' will be sent to your mailbox

[Step3] We will contact you via Line or WhatsApp after confirming the inventory and shuttle information

[Step4] Once the content is confirmed and payment is completed, we will send a 'Reservation Confirmation Email and Necessary Notices'. After receiving this email, all reservation processes are complete


Step 2

Pick-up process

[Step1] Upon arrival at the store, please present your pick-up number and name. If you have a reservation for shuttle service, please inform the staff.

If you do not have a prior reservation for the shuttle service, arrangements will be made based on the situation on that day; we are unable to provide non-reserved shuttle service during peak times.

[Step2] Pick up your rental equipment and try it on.

[Step3] Let's go skiing!

[Step4] After your skiing session, please return the equipment during business hours.

  If you have reserved the equipment return service, we will meet you at the agreed time at the ski resort or your accommodation to collect the equipment.

[Reservation Eligibility]

  • A single purchase of 10,000 yen or more qualifies for a reservation.

  • Limited availability, advance reservation is required.


[Important Information]

  1. Punctuality Requirement

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance.

  • If you are late, we will not wait to maintain the rights of other guests.

  • When returning ski equipment, if you exceed the agreed time for a No Show, the staff may not wait due to the next schedule. In this case, please return the ski equipment to the store yourself within business hours on the day of the rental period's end.

  1. Service Limitations

  • In the event of bad weather, traffic accidents, or other force majeure factors, shuttle services may be suspended.

  • This service is provided free of charge. We will not be liable for compensation in case of accidents due to force majeure.

  • In situations that cross over days, we only provide pick-up and drop-off services on the day of collection and the day of return. For example, if you rent for 3 consecutive days, shuttle service will only be provided on the first and third days.

  • Please read the rental and shuttle-related regulations carefully before making a reservation.

  • You may use the service only after confirming the pick-up time and rules.
