RESERVATION
Online Booking
Make an online reservation in advance to save waiting time. Try on in-store and quickly head to the slopes to ski!
(Pickup range: Limited to an 8-kilometer distance from the store)
SHUTTLE BUS
Shuttle service
We offer advance-booked shuttle service within an 8 km driving radius of each shop. In Furano, shuttle service can connect your hotel, our shop, and the ski resort. In Asahikawa, shuttle service connects your hotel, our shop, and Asahikawa Station, where you can board the bus to the ski area.
PICK UP SERVICE
Book a return pickup and we’ll collect your equipment from the resort or your accommodation—no need to return to the shop.
One-way rental between Furano and Asahikawa is also available, giving you more freedom to explore.

Our team provides fluent, professional support in English, Chinese, and Japanese. From choosing equipment and confirming the right fit to understanding how to use it, we’ll explain everything clearly in your preferred language.
Reservation and pickup process
Step 1
Reservation Process
Please complete your reservation at least 3 days before your equipment pickup date.
【Step1】 Complete the rental reservation form and pay online by credit card.
【Step2】 After payment, we’ll email you a booking confirmation and important information.
【Step3】 Add our official LINE or WhatsApp account and send us your reservation number. Your booking is then complete!

Pick-up process
[Step 1] At the shop, show your pickup number and name. If you booked shuttle service, please let our staff know. Walk-in shuttle requests may be accommodated depending on availability, but cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.
[Step 2] Collect and try on your rental equipment.
[Step 3] Head out and enjoy the snow!
[Step 4] Return the equipment to the shop during business hours on your final rental day. If you booked return pickup, our staff will meet you at the agreed resort or accommodation location.

SHUTTLE
[Eligibility]
• Available for orders of ¥10,000 or more
• Advance reservation required; availability is limited
[Service Areas]
• Furano: hotel ↔ shop ↔ ski resort
• Asahikawa: hotel ↔ shop ↔ Asahikawa Station
[Punctuality]
• Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes early.
• To avoid delaying other guests, the shuttle cannot wait for late arrivals.
• If you miss a scheduled equipment-return pickup, please return the equipment to the shop during business hours on the final rental day.
[Service Limitations]
• Service may be suspended due to severe weather, traffic accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Shuttle service is provided only on the equipment pickup and return days. For a 3-day rental, for example, shuttle service is available on Day 1 and Day 3 only.
