We provide shuttle services to our store, and can pick you up within an 8-kilometer radius or drop you off at the ski resort after picking up your ski equipment.
[Reservation Eligibility]
A single purchase of 10,000 yen or more qualifies for a reservation.
Limited availability, advance reservation is required.
[Important Information]
Punctuality Requirement
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance.
If you are late, we will not wait to maintain the rights of other guests.
When returning ski equipment, if you exceed the agreed time for a No Show, the staff may not wait due to the next schedule. In this case, please return the ski equipment to the store yourself within business hours on the day of the rental period's end.
Service Limitations
In the event of bad weather, traffic accidents, or other force majeure factors, shuttle services may be suspended.
This service is provided free of charge. We will not be liable for compensation in case of accidents due to force majeure.
In situations that cross over days, we only provide pick-up and drop-off services on the day of collection and the day of return. For example, if you rent for 3 consecutive days, shuttle service will only be provided on the first and third days.
